We offer a ski pass program and a generous bonus program. Silverthorne employees who live in employee housing will receive a free ski pass.
Wages
Guest Service Driver
The earnings potential for this position is between $2,000 and $2,500 per month without gratuities while working up to 60 to 70 hours per week. Gratuities are not guaranteed, but can add up to an additional $1,000 per month to your earnings. Paychecks are paid bi-weekly.
Bonus
The bonus period is from October 27, 2008, through April 12, 2009. To be eligible for the bonus you have to work through the earlier of April 5, 2009, or the expiration of your VISA. The bonus payout is 15% of the accumulated trip pay during the period mentioned above, and is divided into two parts: 10% of the bonus is based on meeting the prescribed safety requirements, and 5% of the bonus is a premium for working in more extreme conditions.
The Off-Season Safety bonus period is from April 13, 2009 through October 25, 2009. To be eligible for the bonus you have to work through the earlier of October 18, 2009. The bonus payout is five percent (5%) of the accumulated trip pay during the period mentioned above. The bonus is based on meeting prescribed safety requirements.
Inside Sales Agent
The starting wage will be $13.00 per hour and is paid bi-weekly.
Bonus
The bonus will be 12% of gross wages for the period November 10, 2008 through April 12, 2009. To be eligible for the bonus you have to work through the earlier of April 5, 2009, or the expiration of your VISA, and work at least 640 hours during the bonus period.
Eagle Airport Counter Agent
The wage is $14.00 per hour and is paid bi-weekly.
