Inside Sales Agent Position Information

Job Description
As an inside sales agent, you will be responsible for answering the phones in a timely manner and booking ground transportation between the Denver and/or Eagle airports and Vail/Beaver Creek, Aspen/Snowmass, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resort areas.  Required skills include attention to detail, exceptional people and communication skills, computer experience, positive attitude, fluency in English, and enjoy working with people from around the world.

Schedules / Shifts
Eight-hour shifts are available at various starting times between 5:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and ending between 4:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.  There are some middle shifts and split shifts available.  This is a full-time seasonal position consisting of forty hours (40) per week.

Inside Sales Agent Training
Paid training consists of classroom and out of classroom time and “live” telephone training.  There will be a training class in late October, early November and December.

Reservation Supervisor Position Information

Job Description
As a Reservation Supervisor, you will be responsible for answering the phones, assist in training of new agents, handle guest incidents, work with other departments, assist in updating manuals and other training programs and other duties. For a complete description of job duties click link below.

Schedules / Shifts
This is a full time year round position. The normal supervisor shifts are either 7 am to 3 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm. You are required to be flexible and be willing to cover other shift times when requested by management.

Wage & Benefit Information
Wages to be determined based on experience.

* Participation in partially employee funded Medical and Dental Insurance plan after 90 day review
* Participation in 401k after 1 year of service from the employee’s hire date in which they worked a minimum of 1000 hours.
* Vacation and sick accrual
* Annual adjustments are conditional upon yearly review in August.

Guest Service Driver Position Information

Job Description
Your primary responsibility as a guest service driver will be to provide transportation for passengers and their luggage to and from the various airports and resort communities that we serve in a safe and timely manner.  Other requirements include positive attitude, excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.  Prior to the commencement of, and upon the completion of your trip, you will be responsible for conducting an inspection of your vehicle.  Other duties include cleaning and fueling your vehicle, communicating and following instructions from dispatchers, keeping and submitting accurate records of trip information.

Schedules / Shifts
Driving can be somewhat stressful and is a very time sensitive position.  The average full time driver may be on duty up to fifteen hours per day with one or two weekdays off, but due to regulatory constraints, cannot be on duty more than seventy hours in an eight-day period.  Full time employees should be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Guest Service Driver Training
We take pride in training our drivers to become the best mountain drivers in Colorado.  Even if you have never driven in the mountains or in alpine conditions before, you will feel confident after a few days with our experienced and knowledgeable instructors.  We have scheduled one-week training classes for October, November, and December.  Training consists of seven (7) days of intensive classroom and on-the-road instruction followed by a one (1) day of ‘qualification’ where an instructor will test your knowledge, adeptness, newly learned skills, and overall performance while driving our guests on a ‘live’ run.  Training is challenging, but it is also a whole lot of fun!

Retail Sales Associate Position Information

Job Description
In this position at our high-volume convenience store and gasoline station, you will stock merchandise, handle point-of-sale transactions, answer customer inquiries, and perform overall general duties associated with this type of business.

Schedules / Shifts
The convenience store and gasoline station is staffed between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.  There are two shifts, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Since this facility is open every day throughout the year, full-time employees should be able and willing to work weekends and holidays. 

Training
Paid training consists of on-the-job training with individuals well versed in managing this type of facility.

Eagle Airport Counter Agent Position Information

Job Description
As an airport counter agent, you will be responsible for greeting and checking-in guests as well as booking ground transportation on a space available basis at the Eagle County Regional Airport.  Airport counter agents must be fluent in English, detail oriented, have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, computer skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy working with people from around the world.

Schedules / Shifts
The airport counter is staffed between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.  All employees will be required to work weekends and holidays.  Shifts vary; however, there are four basic shifts:  9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (7 hours); 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (9 hours); 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (12 hours); 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (5 hours).  This is a full time seasonal position (32 to 40 hours per week)

Training
Paid training consists of classroom and out of classroom time and “live” telephone training.  There will be a training class in early December.

  • Organize loading zones and direct traffic to create sufficient space for loading vehicles.
  • Keep guests informed of E.T.D. and general information about airport facilities.
